It's easy to Download CallVibe and will only take a couple minutes. If you are an experienced internet user you can click here to download the client and follow the installation steps. * One thing to note, you will need to have .Net Framework from Microsoft installed on your computer. If you do not you will be prompted to do so during the installation process.

CallVibe Download Instructions
This is for non experienced Internet users or for users who are having problems.
If you have downloaded software before you can click here to download the Client.
Step 1: Click the DOWNLOAD Link then click save.
Once you click the DOWNLOAD link the box to the left will appear on your computer screen, click Save.
Step 2: Download CallVibe to your Desktop.

Step 3: Downloading...
This may take up to 60 seconds or longer depending on your internet connection speed.
Step 4: Locate the Callvibe folder shown below and double click it to open.
Once the download is completed a folder will appear on your Desktop. Double click the folder on your Desktop to open it.
Step 5: Double click on the install icon to begin the installation process.
Once the CallVibe folder is opened, the icon to the left will be displayed. Double click the icon to install the client.
Step 6: Click Run
Click Run to continue.
Step 7: .Net Framework version 3.0? If you see this box read the information below. If not skip this step.
If you see the box to the left, than you do not have .Net Framework version 3.0 installed on your computer. CallVibe requires this software to operate on your computer. Click "Yes" and you will be redirected to Microsoft's website where you can install .Net 3.0 for FREE. You will see a download button on Microsofts page. Click that, and follow the instructions there. It will take up to 2 minutes to download the .Net 3.0 software depending on your internet connection speed. When you are finished go back to STEP 4 above and continue.
Step 8: Installing CallVibe, click Next.
Click Next to continue install CallVibe's Client.
Step 9: License Agreement - Read, Click Agree and Next.
CallVibe Client's license agreement. Read the license agreement and then click the "I Agree" button. Then click the Next button to proceed.
Step 10: Select Installation Folder (suggested programs folder)
Select the folder you would like to have CallVibe installed to. We suggest using the default location "Program Files". Also select if you will be the only person to use CallVibe on your computer. When finished Click Next to continue.
Step 11: Confirm Installation - Click Next to continue.
Click Next to continue.
Step 12: Installation Complete.
Installation complete. Click Close and you will see the CallVibe icon on your desktop. (on your desk top) CallVibe Client icon Double click the icon (ON YOUR DESKTOP) to open the client.

You have the CallVibe Client Installed, what do you do next?
We will walk you step by step below on how to use the client.
Client Login Screen.
Voice Mail page.
Once you double click the icon on your desktop it will open and you will see a login screen similar to the one above. Enter in your user name and password to continue. If you do not have a FREE account yet, then click the Register link on the client. The Voice Mail section displays how many new and total voice messages you have. It also displays your mailbox ID number and password. Give out your mailbox ID number to everyone you know. They will also need the main voice system number which is 1-504-353-2500. All they have to do is call that number and enter in your mailbox ID number to leave you a message. You can also change your mailbox password.
Conference Call.
People Search!
Your conference call ID is displayed on top. If you would like to create a conference call click change to enter in a conference pin number. This number you will give to the people who will be on your conference call. Click change for conference admin pin to create a pin that only you will use to start and end the conference call. You will need to give everyone the 1-504-353-2500 phone number to call, the conference call ID number, and the conference pin that you created so they can enter your conference call. Find new friends, dates, or more! You can do a quick search in the people section to browse other CallVibe users. Each user listed will have their voice mail number displayed. You can call any of these people and leave them a voice message.
